We are seeking an International Market Advocacy Director to join our team in London. In this role, you will help monitor and assess international regulatory, policy, market, and industry developments affecting Broadridge's portfolio across EMEA and APAC. This position offers strong visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to contribute to Broadridge's international growth strategy through market insight, stakeholder engagement, and policy coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and anticipate regulatory, policy, market, and industry changes affecting Broadridge's international portfolio.
  • Apply industry and securities-services knowledge to assess developments and their implications for Broadridge, its clients, and the wider market.
  • Translate complex developments into clear, actionable insights for International leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Synthesise activity across EMEA and APAC into concise management reporting, planning inputs, and client communications.
  • Represent Broadridge with regulators, policymakers, industry associations, and other external stakeholders.
  • Build relationships that support Broadridge's market engagement objectives and industry reputation, including through relevant bodies such as ISSA.
  • Align internal stakeholders on regulatory developments, market priorities, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with global Regulatory and Government Affairs teams on consistent policy positions.
  • Prepare executive briefings, regulatory updates, consultation responses, and thought-leadership materials.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in regulatory affairs, government affairs, market advocacy, public policy, securities services, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial-services regulation, securities services, and market structure in EMEA and/or APAC, including the wider buy- and sell-side environment.
  • Ability to apply this knowledge to assess change and communicate its business implications clearly and succinctly.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across a global, matrixed organisation.

We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work. We believe that associates do their best when they feel safe, understood, and valued, and we work diligently and collaboratively to ensure Broadridge is a company-and ultimately a community-that recognizes and celebrates everyone's unique perspective.
