A Legal Administrator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth management of documents, correspondence, filing systems and daily team operations. This is a varied position offering exposure to high-profile property matters while working closely with colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support including filing, printing, scanning and managing incoming post and couriers.
  • Coordinating the signing of documents under Power of Attorney.
  • Preparing cover letters and distributing completed documentation.
  • Supporting a shared secretarial inbox and assisting with a variety of team tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
  • Providing support and cover for colleagues across the team as required.
  • Ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
