You will join a collaborative environment where data is valued and insights have genuine impact across the organisation.The RoleAs a Customer Analyst, you will turn complex customer and commercial data into clear, actionable insights.Key responsibilities include:* Producing analysis and recommendations to support key commercial and customer-focused decisions.
* Building and maintaining KPI dashboards and reporting using data visualisation tools.
* Analysing customer behaviour, purchasing trends, retention metrics, and customer satisfaction.
* Delivering regular customer insight reporting on product performance, purchasing patterns, and seasonal trends.
* Supporting store and channel performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Defining customer segments and measuring the effectiveness of customer engagement campaigns.
* Conducting A/B test analysis and campaign performance reporting.
* Partnering with stakeholders across Customer Experience, Retail, Finance, and Analytics teams to drive data-led decision making.
* Supporting forecasting, performance measurement, and commercial modelling initiatives.Your Skills & Experience* Strong commercial experience in a Customer Analyst, Customer Insights Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar analytics role.
* Experience working with large customer, retail, e-commerce, or transactional datasets.
* Strong SQL capability.
* Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
* Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with customer segmentation, customer lifecycle analysis, campaign measurement, and reporting.
* Exposure to Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms is beneficial.
