Reed's Supply Chain & Logistics team is actively seeking experienced Demand Planning professionals in East Kent. We partner with leading manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain organisations that are in constant search of top talent skilled in various planning functions.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Engage in demand forecasting and trend analysis to ensure accurate stock levels and optimised inventory management.
• Utilise ERP/MRP systems to streamline planning processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Develop advanced Excel reports to support decision-making and improve supply chain performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and effective management of expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Forecasting & Analysis, S&OP, Materials Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Analysis.
• Strong proficiency in demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and using ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in improving supply chain performance.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
