Our wonderful client, a top tier finance firm is seeking a proactive and personable Team EA to support at the Director level. We are seeking an EA/Team Assistant with at least 2+ years’ experience supporting in a fast-paced finance environment. You will be well-versed in managing busy diaries, complex calendars, and coordinating international travel with ease. Based in Central London with absolutely gorgeous offices, within a supportive EA team, and for a company with a fabulous reputation.

- Managing busy diaries across time-zones
- Complex agenda and itinerary management and extensive international travel coordination
- Expenses, events management, ad hoc project support
- EA/PA/Team Assistant with 2+ years’ experience
- Finance or professional services experience
- Proactive, collaborative, organised and with strong communication skills
