Within the position of Property Experience Lead, your role is to support the client operation, proactively anticipating the customer needs at all stages of their journey, whilst in turn understanding the added value you can bring to both the client organisation and ISS Livv. You will take ownership for the safe and efficient operating of the client portfolio, working as an ambassador for both our client and ISS, to blend seamlessly within the client organisation, ensuring world-class front of house and property management in line with the ISS Livv Strategy and our clients brand values.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
• To ensure that all client, tenant & visitor requests are efficiently fulfilled and exceed expectations.
• Providing a world class property experience, to include proactively owning all elements of the service – concierge, helpdesk, front of house, security, events management, mail and logistics ,supplier management and liaison and workplace support (wherever any of these elements apply).
• To be flexible and manage own time efficiently throughout the day according to the diary, schedule and operational needs.
• To proactively operate, represent and showcase ISS Livv products and services under our integrated approach to demonstrate service excellence.
• To build a core understanding of the client property and provide daily support to cover variety of tasks within the property.
• To raise maintenance jobs in the system and follow-up until completion.
• To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS Livv and Legal requirement.
• To work as part of the Front of House with Security, ensuring highest levels of service, and a one team approach.
About You:
• Relevant corporate/hospitality/concierge customer service experience
• Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
• Front of House and Security/concierge experience
• Strong Knowledge of central London, and local area and surroundings
• Highly flexible and able to adapt in an ever-changing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Creative with an ability to spot opportunities for service improvement
• Motivated, committed and flexible
• Health & Safety understanding
• Experience in FM (desirable)
• Dealing with Contractors
• Raising Work Orders/Service Desk Tickets (desirable)
