An established and growing building services consultancy is looking for an experienced M&E Associate Engineer to join its London team.

The Role

As an M&E Associate Engineer, you'll take responsibility for projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects, contractors and the wider engineering team.

The M&E Associate Engineer will provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary projects, helping to coordinate mechanical and electrical design while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing M&E projects and technical deliverables
  • Taking ownership of commercial and industrial/warehouse projects
  • Managing client and stakeholder relationships
  • Reviewing mechanical and electrical designs
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary MEP solutions
  • Leading design and project meetings
  • Providing technical guidance to the wider team
  • Supporting project programmes and delivery
  • Contributing to business development and client growth
About You

The ideal M&E Associate Engineer will have strong building services consultancy experience and a Mechanical or Electrical bias, alongside a broad understanding of both disciplines.

You'll need experience managing projects and clients, reviewing M&E design and working autonomously. Commercial office and industrial/warehouse experience is particularly important.
