Senior HRBP & Transformation Lead – 6 Month FTC

Location:Central London | Hybrid – 2 days onsite

Salary: £80,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Senior HRBP & Transformation Lead, able to drive HR transformation, technology optimisation and process improvement across a complex, international business?

Resourcing4HR are actively recruiting this hands-on, individual contributor role offering the opportunity to shape the digital people agenda, improve HR service delivery and create a more streamlined employee experience across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the integration of HR and payroll systems, improving accuracy, governance and data integrity.
• Driving HR transformation, redesigning employee lifecycle processes and standardising ways of working across EMEA.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation and APIs to reduce manual administration and improve efficiency.
• Optimising ATS, recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Developing people analytics, HR dashboards and service level agreements to improve workforce insights and HR service delivery.
• Managing multiple transformation projects and influencing senior stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and IT.

What we're looking for:

• Strong HR generalist / HRBP experience within a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, HR technology optimisation and payroll processes.
• A proven track record of delivering HR transformation, process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
• Ideally, experience within an international or pan-European business.
