Transformation Lead - Retail Media

• Rate; Up to £750 (inside IR35)
• Location; London - Hybrid Working
• Duration; 6 month initial

We are looking for a Transformation Lead to implement a new operating model across commercial, product, technology and operational teams within a retail environment.

You will lead implementation across commercial, product, technology and operations. The focus will be improving governance, demand and capacity planning, accountability and the flow of delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a complex target operating model.
• Align senior stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Establish clear governance, accountability and decision making.
• Create greater visibility across demand, capacity and priorities.
• Improve delivery flow, predictability and performance.
• Embed new ways of working across cross functional teams.
• Transfer knowledge and ownership to internal teams.

Required experience

• Retail media experience is essential.
• Strong operating model transformation experience.
• Evidence of personally leading implementation rather than design or advisory work alone.
• Experience working across commercial, product, technology and operational functions.
• Confidence working with executive stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ability to operate within ambiguity and a complex matrix environment.
