Employment Tax Senior Manager - Morgan McKinley - #2164893

A Big 4 Firm is searching for an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join their team in either London or Reading, working on a flexible basis of 2 days per week in the office.

Your responsibilities as a Tax Senior Manager:

• Manage a wide variety of employment tax projects, ranging from highly complex through to risk and opportunity reviews
• Being proactive in your management of work in progress, billing and risk pocedures
• Strengthen relationships with clients across many industries and of varying sizes
• Manage employer compliance matters such as:
  • PAYE health checks, SAO certification, KYC, voluntary disclosures, PAYE Settlement Agreements and employment status check
• Be actively involved in winning business from new and existing clients
• Utilise internally and advise externally on the benefits of latest technologies
• Reviewing work completed by junior colleagues
• Support in the training and coaching of junior colleagues

Ideally, you will be ATT, CTA or ACA qualified with demonstrable experience in Accounting Practice, Consulting or HMRC. Our client will consider individuals making a move back into Accounting Practice from an In-house position.
