The Role – Business & Economics Teacher

You will deliver engaging and challenging lessons, helping students develop commercial awareness, analytical thinking and an understanding of the global economy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching Business Studies and Economics across KS4 and KS5.
• Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity.
• Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities to achieve their potential.
• Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, achievement and progress.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS as an ECT.
• A relevant degree in Business, Economics or a related subject.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to raising attainment and inspiring young people.
