Harvey Sutton is recruiting for a junior executive compensation opportunity in London, suited to a graduate with a strong academic background and an interest in executive pay, reward and remuneration.

This is an opportunity to build on relevant placement or internship experience and develop specialist expertise in how organisations structure remuneration for senior executives.

The opportunity

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support research and analysis across executive compensation, including remuneration benchmarking, incentive arrangements and market trends. The role will suit someone who enjoys working with data and translating their findings into clear, well-presented insights.

About you

• A strong degree from a well-regarded university.
• Ideally, a placement year or internship in executive compensation, reward or remuneration.
• Some exposure to financial services would be advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Excel and presenting information clearly.
• Strong communication skills and a clear interest in developing a career in executive compensation.
