What You'll Do

• Enhance and maintain policies, standards, and controls within the model risk framework
• Research industry trends to ensure the framework evolves effectively with emerging risks
• Support the creation and delivery of model risk training across the organisation
• Prepare and coordinate governance materials for Risk and Audit Committees
• Assist with model inventory activities and monitoring Key Risk Indicators
• Respond to internal audits and external regulatory requests as needed
• Build strong working relationships across Validation, Technology, Audit, and AI Risk teams

What You Bring

• Advanced degree in a technical field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, or computer science)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in model risk, AI risk, or related governance disciplines
• Deep knowledge of model risk standards such as SR11-7 or SS1/23
• Experience developing enterprise-wide policies, standards, or frameworks
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Financial services experience preferred
• Strong organisational abilities and risk mindset
