Uncapped commission (OTE £70,000-£100,000+)

We're working with a growing music and entertainment company looking to strengthen its commercial team with a Business Development Manager.

A top opportunity to join an ambitious business with an established offering, strong demand for its services and big plans for growth. You'll play a key role in bringing new clients on board, building long-term relationships and driving revenue across the music industry.

The Role

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across record labels, artists, management companies and wider music industry contacts.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline, from initial outreach and networking through to pitching, negotiation and closing.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across labels, artist management and artist teams.
• Lead discovery calls and deliver compelling pitches, understanding each client's needs and how the business can support their objectives.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop tailored proposals and campaigns.
• Take ownership of your sales targets, with the opportunity to build a valuable client portfolio and grow your earnings as the business expands.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development or sales within music marketing, digital marketing, distribution or label services.
• An established network of contacts across record labels, artist management or artist teams.
• A confident communicator who can build credibility, influence decision-makers and develop lasting relationships.
• Commercially minded, with experience managing a pipeline, closing deals and working towards revenue targets.
• An understanding of music marketing and the key metrics that drive successful campaigns.
• Someone personable, proactive and motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business.
