Transaction Support / Deal Support VP Private Credit ABS Exposure Preferred - Qualified Accountant. - Eximius Finance - #2165893

I'm currently working with boutique Private Credit business looking to hire a Transaction Support / Deal Support professional to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting structured finance, private credit, securitisation or asset-backed lending transactions. Exposure to ABS would be particularly attractive.

The role will take operational ownership of transactions throughout their lifecycle, including:

• Supporting transactions from structuring and due diligence through to closing, ongoing management and eventual exit

• Coordinating the onboarding of counterparties, servicers, administrators and banking relationships

• Reviewing transaction structures and documentation from an operational perspective

• Managing transaction booking and execution processes

• Developing and maintaining transaction operating models, payment waterfalls and cash flow frameworks

• Supporting amendments, refinancings, restructurings, portfolio sales and transaction wind-downs

• Investigating and resolving complex operational and transaction-related issues

• Working closely with Investment, Legal, Finance, Risk and external service providers
