This is an independent, employee-owned live events agency. Boutique in size, broad in what it delivers! Budgets run from modest to seven figures, and the culture is one where a Senior Event Manager can take on real responsibility rather than staying in a lane.

The Role

The Senior Event Manager role sits at the centre of delivery and client management, taking projects from brief through to onsite across a varied calendar of UK and international events with budgets up to £2m.

- End-to-end project management across conferences, award shows and product launches

- Managing client relationships directly from brief through post-event

- Budget management across projects ranging from £50k to £2m

- Coordinating suppliers, venues and internal creative resource

- Supporting business development and contributing to pitches

- International travel for event delivery, roughly every couple of months

The Candidate

You are a Senior Event Manager who has delivered live events across a range of formats, conferences, award shows, launches or similar, and is comfortable owning client relationships alongside the operational detail. You will have managed meaningful budgets and know how to keep delivery on track without a large team around you.

International event delivery experience is beneficial but not essential, as is a background in B2B or employee-focused events. Candidates coming from structured agency environments are welcome, provided the idea of a flat, autonomous culture appeals rather than unsettles.

Profit-share, genuine hybrid flexibility and a project calendar that spans continents: taken together, the package here is hard to match at this level.
