I'm working with an ambitious and growing Chartered Financial Planning practice that is seeking a proactive and client-focused Financial Planning Administrator to join its established team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment who is looking to build a long-term career within the profession. Full study support and clear progression opportunities are available for individuals who are keen to develop their technical knowledge and advance their career.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Advisers throughout the financial planning process
  • Managing new business and client servicing activities
  • Preparing documentation and coordinating client transactions
  • Supporting annual review processes and ongoing client relationships
  • Liaising with providers, clients and third parties

  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Building strong relationships with both advisers and clients

About You

To be considered, you will need:

  • Join a highly regarded and growing financial planning business
  • Full support for professional qualifications
  • Clear long-term career progression
  • Exposure to high-net-worth and complex client cases
  • Modern approach to financial planning and technology
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment
