Client Service Manager - London | Hybrid Working - Salary c£70-75k + bonus - #2166663

I'm working with a successful and growing wealth management business seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to lead and develop its client support function.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing client service teams across multiple locations, ensuring high levels of operational efficiency, service delivery, workflow management and team performance.

The successful individual will play a key role in driving process improvements, implementing consistent service standards, managing KPIs and MI, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop client service teams across multiple offices
• Manage workflow, capacity planning and service delivery standards
• Monitor KPIs, productivity and operational performance
• Drive continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives
• Support change management and business integration projects
• Partner with advisers and senior stakeholders to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Act as an escalation point for complex client service matters

About You

To be considered, you must have:

Management experience within a Wealth Management, Financial Planning or IFA business

A strong understanding of client service and adviser support functions

Experience managing operational workflows, service standards and team performance

Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
