Helpdesk Support TRAVEL - #2166694

Antella Travel Recruitment is recruiting for an established Travel Company seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join its team supporting colleagues internally.

This is an opportunity for someone with DMC or tour operator experience and strong CRM Tourplan knowledge who enjoys investigating problems, spotting the small details others might miss and finding solutions.

• Investigating system issues relating to bookings, configurations, user setups and operational processes.
• Identifying small discrepancies and working methodically to understand the root cause of a problem.
• Supporting colleagues with clear, patient and reassuring communication.
• Taking ownership of issues and working with internal teams when further technical support is required.
• Identifying recurring problems and helping improve processes and support documentation.

• Previous experience within a DMC or tour operator.
• Strong working knowledge of Tourplan essential
• Excellent attention to detail and a naturally curious, investigative mindset.
• Logical problem-solving skills and the persistence to work through issues that aren't immediately obvious.
• A calm, empathetic and client-focused approach.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain problems and solutions confidently.

Previous helpdesk experience is beneficial but not essential if you have the right travel systems background and natural aptitude for troubleshooting.

Additional experience with IT, software, integrations or technical support would be advantageous. An understanding of finance or accounting processes within travel operations would be a bonus.
