Antella Travel Recruitment is recruiting for a Training & Onboarding Specialist to join a travel business supporting colleagues worldwide.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong operational background in travel who understands how DMCs and tour operators work and can help clients get the most from their systems.

The role goes beyond simply demonstrating software. You’ll guide through the onboarding journey, from initial setup and configuration through to training and go-live, ensuring they understand how to use the CRM Tourplan effectively.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering training in a patient, clear and adaptable way, tailoring your approach to different individuals and levels of experience.
• Managing onboarding projects, keeping agreed actions, responsibilities and timelines on track.
• Building strong relationships while confidently guiding discussions and keeping projects focused.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, address challenges and help clients become confident using the system independently.

What we’re looking for

• Strong operational experience within a DMC, tour operator or similar travel business.
• Good working knowledge of Tourplan and an understanding of how travel businesses use CRM reservations and operational systems.
• Excellent questioning and listening skills, with the ability to understand how a client works and what they genuinely need.
• Patience and the ability to explain processes in different ways to suit the individual.
• Confidence guiding clients, managing expectations and keeping projects moving.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage actions, deadlines and competing priorities.
• A collaborative, client-focused approach with the confidence to challenge constructively when needed.

Experience in training, onboarding, system implementation, change management or process improvement would be highly advantageous.
