We’re working with a well-established law firm in London who are seeking an organised and proactive individual to join their Trade Mark team. The position will involve supporting the administration of trade mark portfolios, maintaining accurate records, monitoring key deadlines and ensuring relevant filings and documentation are completed efficiently.

Ideally, the firm is looking for someone with an existing Trade Mark Formalities background who can bring relevant knowledge and experience to the role. However, they are also open to candidates with a Legal Administration background who are keen to develop their expertise and build a career within Trade Marks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing correspondence and monitoring deadlines.
• Handling renewals
• Preparing and formatting legal documents.
• Supporting billing processes, file openings and client onboarding checks.
• Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team.
• Maintaining a high standard of client service throughout.
