I'm looking for a Software Engineer to join an ambitious team working at the intersection of software engineering, mathematics and financial markets.

This is your chance to work directly with quantitative researchers, take ownership of real production systems and build software that turns complex financial algorithms into products used by customers.

- Get close to the action - work alongside quants and engineers on the technology behind quantitative financial products.

- Do proper engineering - build with Python, C++ and AWS, working across design, development, testing and deployment.

- Own what you build - take projects from an initial idea through to production, with the opportunity to influence technical decisions.

- Keep learning - tackle problems involving algorithms, financial models, APIs and large datasets.

-Make your work count - see your code move beyond development and become part of a live, customer-facing product.

• Min 1+ years of professional software engineering experience. Maximum 4 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python, C++ and/or C skills.
• Solid data structures and algorithms fundamentals.
• Exposure to AWS, Git and automated testing.
• A genuine interest in solving complex technical problems.

No previous quant finance experience required. If you're a strong engineer who wants to stretch yourself technically, this could be a great next move.
