This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist data consultancy at the forefront of Snowflake delivery, leading large-scale transformation programmes from mobilisation through to successful deployment.

As part of a highly collaborative consulting team, you will oversee the successful delivery of Snowflake projects from mobilisation through to implementation and operational handover. You will work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.

This position would suit someone who enjoys leading complex programmes, managing stakeholder relationships and driving successful outcomes across large-scale data transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Snowflake transformation and migration projects.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, resource allocation and delivery timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage project governance, reporting, RAID logs, dependencies and change control processes.
• Oversee testing, release management, deployment and operational readiness activities.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring projects remain aligned to agreed objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, estimates and solution planning for future client engagements.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager or Project Manager role within data and technology environments.
• Experience delivering cloud data platform, analytics or transformation projects.
• Understanding of Snowflake and modern data architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing project budgets, resource plans and commercial considerations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to manage risk, dependencies, scope and change requests in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
