Infrastructure and Project Finance - Analyst - #2168386

Eton Clarke is assisting its client in their search for an Infrastructure Finance professional working across junior and mezzanine debt, and structured asset finance transactions.

Our client is looking for an Analyst level candidate with strong knowledge of infrastructure and project finance to support the execution of complex structured financing transactions across the UK.

The successful candidate will report into the Head of the desk and a range of internal product and support functions.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Support senior colleagues in the structuring and execution of infrastructure and project finance transactions, including financial modelling, pricing analysis, credit applications and preparation of client marketing materials, using advanced Excel and strong financial analysis skills.
2. Work closely with Relationship Managers, Syndications, Credit and other product groups to support transaction structuring, due diligence and execution, coordinating multiple workstreams to meet demanding deadlines.
3. Assist with client meetings and liaise with internal and external transaction stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members. Support transaction documentation, facility administration and drawdown processes, applying strong communication and organisational skills.
4. Demonstrate a strong foundation in financial analysis and modelling, with relevant experience or exposure to project finance, infrastructure finance or structured finance within a bank or similar financial institution.
