Senior Business Analyst (IAM)
Identity & Access Management | Digital Transformation
Location: London / Hybrid Working (2-3 Days Onsite)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits Package
Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required
About the Role
We're supporting a leading digital consultancy as they expand their Identity & Access Management capability on a major transformation programme within a critical infrastructure environment.
This is a highly consultative Business Analysis role focused on Identity and Access Management. You'll work with business, security and technical stakeholders to define access models, map identity journeys and support the successful implementation of modern identity solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
• Running discovery workshops with business, security and application stakeholders.
• Gathering and documenting identity and access requirements.
• Mapping current and future-state identity journeys and processes.
• Defining RBAC models, access controls and entitlement structures.
• Supporting identity platform onboarding and integration activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve IAM processes and user experiences.
• Working closely with engineers and service teams to deliver implementation-ready requirements.
• Supporting testing and validation of identity solutions.
What We're Looking For
• Strong Business Analysis experience within Identity & Access Management.
• Understanding of provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlements and access governance.
• Experience running workshops and managing complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering capability.
• Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar identity platforms.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business, security and technical teams.
• Experience supporting identity transformation or access management programmes.
• Active SC Clearance is essential.
