Credit Controller | PR Agency | London | Hybrid - 30k-35k

A busy, dynamic PR Agency is looking for a credit controller to help support the billing team on a 6m contract. This is a great role for anyone with experience in credit control, looking to work for a fast-paced, creative business.

What you'll do:

• Monitoring customer accounts and chasing overdue payments
• Resolving invoice queries and discrepancies
• Working closely with billing and customer teams to make sure billing is accurate
• Aged debt reporting

What you'll need:

• Experience in a credit control role previously (6 months +)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive nature and ability to chase payments in a professional way
• Good working knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets and Sage
• Accurate and organised under pressure
