This small independent Inbound Tour Operator are seeking an someone experienced with using Tourplan for their Finance and Systems Administrator role. Working 4 days remote and 1 day in the office in central London. Paying up to £35K

Tourplan Finance and Systems Administrator, Responsibilities

• Processing and reconciling supplier invoices against Tourplan bookings and vouchers
• Raising sales invoices and allocating payment
• Assisting with month-end procedures
• Maintaining and checking rates to ensure they are accurate and up to date
• Entering and updating products and services

Tourplan Finance and Systems Administrator, Skills Required:

• Experience with Tourplan within a tour operator environment is essential.
• Previous bookkeeping or account admin experience desirable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Additional Information:

• Paying £32K - £35K depending on experience
• Hybrid working 4 days from home and 1 day in the office in central London.
• Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30
• 22 days holiday increasing by 1 day each year to a total of 25 day, plus birthdays off.
