Senior Sales Consultant - #2168477

We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join one of London’s leading agencies in Hammersmith/Shepherds Bush. The right candidate will need to be extremely enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven, and in return you will have excellent earning and development potential.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers.
• Represent the vendors in negotiation with prospective buyers.
• Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market.
• Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite, and respectful manner.
• Handle daily applicant enquiries from websites, calls, and visits and from the main office ensuring accurate details are provided.
• Follow sales through to exchange and completion.

The offer:

• £30,000 Basic Salary
• £5,000 Car Allowance
• Commission + Guarantee
• £80,000 - £100,000 OTE

About you:

• 2/3 years’ experience in an estate agency.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A confident outgoing personality.
• Driving license.
