Credit Controller - #2168488

Our client, a leading international law firm specialising in litigation, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their London finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of all areas of credit control across both UK and global ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing UK and global ledgers
• Chasing outstanding invoices and liaising with international clients
• Uploading invoices and managing ebilling portals
• Undertaking regular reviews of debt balances
• Ensuring prompt reply to clients and maintaining follow up as required to ensure proper management of debts including dealing with client requests
• Updating the firm’s credit control system (SOS) with actions, reminders, follow up notes etc.
• Reporting to the FD re aged debt
• Processing payments via telephone
• Running monthly statement
