Events Manager - #2169155

An established law firm is seeking an experienced Events Manager to join its ambitious Marketing and Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a varied events programme, delivering high-quality client, intermediary and internal events within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage events end to end, from initial concept and planning through to delivery, evaluation and budget reconciliation.
• Deliver a diverse programme of events, including conferences, seminars, VIP dinners, roundtables and large-scale receptions.
• Build strong relationships with partners, senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate supplier contracts and ensure value for money.
• Monitor event performance, produce reports and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure events align with brand guidelines, firm policies and best practice.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing colleagues to support wider client engagement and business development objectives.

About You

• Extensive event management experience within a corporate environment, ideally professional services.
• Proven experience delivering successful events independently, including complex events and large budgets.
• Strong supplier relationships, particularly with London venues and hospitality providers.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, with strong negotiation skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident managing competing priorities, working autonomously and delivering under pressure.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, email marketing and event registration platforms.
