Associate Director - Strategy Consulting
London (Hybrid) | Up to £130,000 + bonus

We're partnering with a growing specialist strategy consultancy to appoint an Associate Director to lead high-impact engagements for global technology businesses.

This is an opportunity to work directly with senior client leaders, shape commercial strategy and turn complex customer and market insight into clear, actionable recommendations.

The role

• Lead end-to-end strategy engagements, managing teams, budgets, scope and delivery.

• Advise senior stakeholders on growth, product, pricing, portfolio and go-to-market strategy.

• Translate qualitative and quantitative research into commercially focused recommendations.

• Develop client relationships, shape proposals and help drive account growth.

• Explore the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance strategic advice and client outcomes.

• Mentor and develop consultants, with a clear pathway towards Director.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years' experience in management consulting, strategic insights, research consultancy or strategic design.

• Strong experience across B2B and/or B2C technology.

• A track record of leading engagements, managing teams and delivering commercially impactful work.

• Excellent qualitative research, analytical, storytelling and senior stakeholder management skills.

• Commercial acumen, entrepreneurial thinking and a genuine interest in technology and AI.

The package

• Up to £130,000 base salary, depending on experience.

• Performance-related bonus, typically 20-30%, with higher potential for exceptional performance.

• Hybrid working: three days in the London office, two days flexible.

• Direct founder access and a clear opportunity to progress towards Director.
