Excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Legal PA to join a medium-sized law firm based in the West End of London. Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office.
Supporting the Partners and Lawyers in this successful and high profile Litigation team, the work is interesting and varied and includes -
- Liaising with clients on the phone, taking accurate messages
- AML checks and onboarding clients
- Billing and monitoring payments
- Creating bundles for trial
- Document work including dictation, formatting, updating and amending
- Full range of legal admin
You will require recent Legal PA experience in Litigation, good communication skills, plus excellent IT skills.
