Tiger Private is recruiting a Senior Private PA to work as the right hand to a principal based in Marylebone. This is a broad and demanding role requiring someone equally comfortable managing a busy private office and handling the day-to-day needs of a family.
You will take ownership of the Principal's diary, international travel, household staffing, private administration and family events. The role spans both the professional and the personal and requires someone who can shift between the two with ease, maintaining absolute discretion throughout. A flexible approach is essential, including openness to being contacted outside of working hours and occasional travel of up to several weeks at a time.
You will manage the Principal's diary across multiple competing priorities, and take full ownership of international travel planning and logistics. On the staffing side, you will run the end-to-end recruitment process for household personnel, sourcing, onboarding and managing staff on an ongoing basis, drawing directly on your recruitment background. Alongside this, you will handle sensitive private administration including correspondence, medical appointments and financial renewals, and act as a trusted gatekeeper and day-to-day representative for the Principal, managing lifestyle requests and errands as they arise. You will also take the lead on planning and overseeing family events and celebrations, including children's birthday parties. In this role you will be supported by a Junior PA.
Based in Marylebone five days a week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, the role is split between the private office and the household.
You will have solid experience in a senior private PA or EA role. You are highly organised, tech-savvy across the Microsoft Office suite, and hold a clean driving licence. You are happy to be on-site for key events and to travel when required.
