  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience configuring pensions administration systems, including workflows, calculations, reporting, payroll, finance or member-facing functionality.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience interrogating, analysing and troubleshooting complex data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive salary and bonus scheme.
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
  • Generous holiday allowance.
  • Excellent pension provision.
  • Life assurance and healthcare-related benefits.
  • Enhanced family-friendly policies.
  • Professional study support and development opportunities.
  • Employee wellbeing and assistance programmes.
  • Long-term career progression within a growing organisation.
