We’re looking for a confident, proactive Sales Development Representative to help a corporate travel business identify new clients, build relationships and open doors for the sales team.

This isn’t about making endless calls or working through a list. It’s about having quality conversations, asking the right questions and uncovering opportunities with businesses that could benefit from a dedicated corporate travel partner.

• Researching and identifying potential clients.
• Reaching out to decision-makers and starting meaningful conversations.
• Understanding business travel needs and identifying potential opportunities.
• Booking 10 qualified meetings per month for the senior sales team.
• Managing your pipeline and nurturing future prospects.

• B2B sales experience, ideally involving telephone-based outreach.
• A confident, personable telephone manner.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach.
• Resilience, motivation and a desire to achieve targets.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage your own workload.

Travel industry experience would be a bonus, but it’s not essential. We’re more interested in your attitude, sales ability and approach to building relationships.

• £28,000 basic salary plus commission.
• Guaranteed minimum commission amount of £1,000 per month for your first six months.
• Hybrid working once initial training is complete.
• UK-based position, with initial office training in either the North West or South East.
