Private Client & High-End Business Development ManagerCentral London | Up to £100,000 + Bonus & BenefitsWe're exclusively partnering with one of the world's most prestigious luxury fashion houses to appoint a senior Private Client & High-End Business Development Manager.This is an exceptional opportunity for an established luxury professional to take ownership of high-end client development, drive significant sales and help shape the future of a flagship boutique's private client business.Combining personal sales performance, strategic client development and team leadership, this role is suited to someone who brings an established UHNW and VIC network, a strong commercial track record and the confidence to develop business across multiple luxury categories.The Role

• Develop and grow a portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth and Very Important Clients, leveraging existing relationships while proactively identifying new opportunities.
• Drive high-value sales across luxury fashion, Fine Jewellery, bespoke tailoring, Made-to-Measure and other exclusive collections.
• Lead private appointments, bespoke client experiences and exclusive events to strengthen relationships and maximise commercial opportunities.
• Identify cross-category sales opportunities and develop long-term client engagement strategies.
• Coach and mentor colleagues, enhancing their confidence and capability in managing high-value clients and closing significant transactions.
• Work closely with boutique leadership and specialist teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and measurable business growth.

About YouYou'll be an established luxury professional with a proven ability to build influential client relationships and translate them into significant commercial results.You may currently be a Private Client Director, Head of Client Development, Senior Private Client Manager, High-End Manager or senior boutique leader within luxury fashion, fine jewellery, watches or bespoke luxury.You'll bring:

• An established UHNW/VIC network and the ability to generate business proactively.
• A strong personal sales record and experience managing high-value transactions.
• Broad luxury category exposure, ideally spanning fashion and at least one specialist area such as jewellery, watches or bespoke tailoring.
• Experience delivering private client events and developing client acquisition strategies.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and elevate team performance.
• The commercial drive, credibility and confidence to represent a prestigious luxury house at the highest level.
