Senior Technical Services Manager - #2169553

Insight Executive Group are working in partnership with a global FM provider who are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Services Manager to work on one of their flagship contracts in Central London. This is a full time permanent role with a starting salary of £80k.

The role is responsible for the Management of all technical hard service obligations across the London, providing skilled and quality technical leadership while mentoring the technical team across the Client portfolio within London and providing technical support to the wider business. You will lead, manage, develop and motivate a high-performing Technical and Hard Services teams (including Administration) to the highest standards, ensuring that the Client receives services of the highest quality.

The successful Senior Technical Services Manager will be responsible for:

• managing, leading, mentoring and training the Technical Team to enhance performance to provide excellent customer service
• managing client escalations, build relationships, and coordinate with technical team, vendors and contractors
• ensuring Technical Services are delivered to highest standard across all areas of the business
• all SLA’s are met or exceeded with no failures
• managing PPMs and reactive works to be completed on time and within budget
• Health & Safety compliance in all areas

The successful Senior Technical Services Manager will be able to demonstrate:

• Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering or Technical discipline
• Extensive multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, life safety systems, BMS, fabric)
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent health & safety accreditation
• Experience within Hard FM or Technical Services
• Experience managing managers within multi-site operations
• Proven track record of delivering zero compliance breaches
