Please note this is a self-employed role working single tie with Scottish Widows.

Our client is an Independent Financial Advice (IFA) firm specialising in

pensions retirement planning, savings, investments, mortgages, equity release

and protection.

They are seeking an experienced protection adviser to work remotely with existing clients who have either recently taken a mortgage product or are due for a review of their existing arrangements sold previously by the client.

Working remotely the person we are seeking will have extensive knowledge of the protection market, ideally having advised clients as part of their mortgage purchase.

The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical approach to the sales process and compliance to ensure each opportunity is maximized within a compliant customer led approach.

They will be able to demonstrate the ability to work remotely, managing their own workload and delivering against agreed objectives with the minimum of supervision.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience within a similar phone-based protection role working from back book or existing clients.

Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the protection market with a track record in achieving sales across a balanced product mix.

Ability to work single tie adopting a consultative sales approach
