£50,000-£55,000 + monthly commission | £60,000-£65,000 OTE

We're looking for a confident, people-focused Sales Manager who knows how to get the best out of a team, drive performance and keep standards high.

This is an opportunity to take the lead of a central sales function, manage a team of two Sales Administrators and make a real impact on commercial results.

What will you be doing?

Leading, coaching and developing a team of two.

Setting targets, monitoring KPIs and driving sales performance.

Managing CRM systems, sales pipelines and reporting.

Improving conversion rates and streamlining processes.

Building strong relationships with brokers and agents.

Tackling underperformance when needed while creating a positive, supportive team environment.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who can build rapport, bring personality to the workplace and keep the team motivated - but who also knows when to put their manager hat on and hold people accountable.

You'll need genuine people-management experience, a strong understanding of sales performance and the confidence to have the conversations that make a difference.

A great personal sales record is one thing. Knowing how to make a whole team successful is another. That's what we're looking for.
