Your new company

A leading specialist Lloyd's and London Market insurance broker is looking to appoint a Reinsurance Claims Broker to join its established claims team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-5 years' experience who has gained exposure to Reinsurance Claims alongside Binder / Binding Authority business.

Your new role

You will be responsible for handling a portfolio of Reinsurance Claims from initial notification through to settlement, with a particular focus on Binder and Binding Authority business. You will work closely with clients, reinsurers and other London Market stakeholders, ensuring claims are progressed efficiently and providing a high level of service throughout the process.

The role will involve reviewing claims documentation, processing and monitoring claims, liaising with markets and supporting the preparation of claims bordereaux where required. You will also work closely with colleagues across Claims and Broking, while developing strong relationships with clients and market contacts.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have 2-5 years' experience within London Market Claims, with experience handling Reinsurance Claims and exposure to Binders, Binding Authorities or Delegated Authority business. Previous experience within a Lloyd's or London Market broker would be advantageous.

You will have a good understanding of the London Market claims process, alongside strong communication, organisation and relationship management skills.

What you'll get in return
