As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering strategic business and technology change across a portfolio of transformation programmes. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, technology teams, and senior leadership, you will help shape solutions, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance customer outcomes, and support future growth.

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements across a range of change initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, and operational processes.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Create high-quality documentation including business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Support solution design activities, ensuring proposed solutions align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, and Change teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative approaches, including the use of AI technologies.
• Support testing, change management, and implementation activities where required.
• Ensure change initiatives meet regulatory, governance, and compliance requirements.

We're looking for someone who can combine strong business analysis skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and operate within a regulated environment.

Essential experience:

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within a highly regulated industry such as insurance, financial services, banking, fintech, legal services, or a similar environment.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering business and technology change projects.
• Excellent process mapping and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Desirable experience:

• Exposure to AI, automation, machine learning, or data-driven transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Financial services or insurance sector experience.

• Salary up to £70,000
• Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Central London office
