Employment Tax Senior Manager - Tax Advisory - #2170666

A Tax Advisory Firm is searching for an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join their team in a newly created, advisory focused role, working closely with the Tax Transactions Partner on a wide range of transactions related work and broader Employment Tax matters.

This position has a clear route to Employment Tax Director

The role:

• Provide high quality, practical advice and support to the firms clients
• Be the technical lead regarding Employment Tax matters
• Advise clients of varying size on UK employment Tax matters such as PAYE, NIC, Benefits and expenses
• Contribute to employment tax due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Working alongside Transactions team on share schemes related matters
• Collaborate with other internal teams include Corporate Tax, Private Client, International Tax and others
• Run, expand and strengthen a growing client list, managing finances and growth of the portfolio

Your experience:

• CTA, ACA or CA qualified
• Experienced in transactions work, identifying and mitigating employment tax risks and exposures
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial mindset
• Collaborative - able to build/strengthen internal and external relationships
