ACCOUNT DIRECTOR – BEAUTY

I'm working with a leading global retail innovation agency looking to bring an ambitious Account Director into its Beauty team.

This is an opportunity to work with some of the world's leading brands and retailers, creating innovative in-store experiences, retail displays and brand activations that bring brands to life.

WHAT'S THE OPPORTUNITY?

This isn't just about managing accounts. You'll be a trusted partner to key clients, helping shape their strategy, identify new opportunities and drive profitable growth.

You'll be responsible for:

Building and developing senior client relationships across the beauty sector.

Growing existing accounts, winning new business and identifying commercial opportunities.

Leading strategic pitches, proposals, RFIs and RFPs.

Working closely with creative, production and project management teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Driving revenue, profitability and long-term account growth.

Leading, coaching and developing Account Managers.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Someone commercially driven, confident and relationship-focused, with a strong background in account leadership and business development.
• Experience across beauty, cosmetics, retail design, shopper marketing, POS, display
• You'll understand how to turn great client relationships into new opportunities, build trust with senior stakeholders and deliver results.
