You'll own the marketing measurement strategy, combining experimentation, incrementality testing, marketing mix modelling, and predictive analytics to influence multi-million-pound budget decisions. • Own and enhance the organisation's Marketing Mix Modelling framework using modern methodologies and tools.
• Design, analyse, and validate incrementality and experimentation programmes across marketing channels.
• Translate complex modelling outputs into clear budget recommendations and commercial actions.
• Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to improve channel performance and investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain customer lifetime value (LTV) models to support acquisition and retention strategies.
• Apply causal inference techniques to improve attribution and marketing measurement.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, experimentation design, and insight generation while maintaining analytical rigour.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in Marketing Measurement, Marketing Mix Modelling, incrementality testing, or causal inference.
• Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience working with paid media performance data and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with modern cloud data environments.
• Strong Python expertise for analysis, modelling, and data science workflows.
• Experience building predictive models, including customer lifetime value modelling.
• Ability to influence business decisions through clear communication and data-driven recommendations.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Bayesian modelling frameworks such as PyMC.
• Exposure to value-based bidding and marketing attribution challenges.
• Experience within consumer, marketplace, travel, ecommerce, or subscription-based businesses.
• Knowledge of uplift modelling and advanced customer targeting approaches.
