A well-established Japanese financial services company is seeking a Content Marketing Executive to join its European team in London.

The role will support the development of an insight-led, content-driven marketing approach across B2B and B2C audiences. You will create written, visual, and derivative content across digital, social, editorial, sales, and event channels, while working closely with marketing, commercial, compliance, and international teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing and content creation, with writing, visual storytelling, SEO, and project coordination skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Write thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, interviews, newsletters and other B2B content
• Create and adapt B2C campaign content across digital and offline channels
• Apply SEO, GEO and AI-discovery principles to improve content discoverability
• Repurpose content into social, email, FAQ, infographic, presentation and sales enablement assets
• Create illustrations, diagrams, icons, infographics and other visual storytelling assets
• Coordinate content review, approval and version control with internal teams, agencies and international stakeholders
• Monitor content performance and support marketing reporting and KPI tracking

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and project support
• Experience writing B2B content, thought leadership, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, or sales support materials
• Experience with paid social media, email marketing, content marketing, and project coordination
• Understanding of SEO and CMS, with experience creating or briefing visual content
• Experience using tools such as Power BI, Semrush, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft 365
• Strong content design, visual storytelling, and communication skills
• Experience using generative AI tools in a structured and quality-controlled way
• Previous experience in payments, fintech, B2B marketing, travel, retail, hospitality, or international business required
• Business proficiency in English; Japanese language skills would be advantageous

• Salary: up to £ 38,000, depending on experience
• Job Type: permanent, full-time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30
