Senior HR Advisor - Workforce Change
Location: London

What You'll Do

Support and deliver workforce change programmes, including restructures, redundancies, settlements, and TUPE transfers.
Ensure legal compliance and consistent application of Employee Relations (ER) frameworks.
Partner with stakeholders to drive effective organisational transformation.
Collaborate with the wider ER team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide ad hoc or project-based support to Case Management and Strategy & Policy teams as needed.

What You Bring

Strong experience in ER casework and workforce transformation (restructuring, redundancy, TUPE).
Expertise in consultations, business partnering, and providing policy-driven advice.
Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and navigate complex environments.
Background in Financial Services, Insurance, Asset Management, or other regulated/matrix organisations (preferred).
CIPD Level 3-5 qualification (preferred but not essential - relevant experience is key).
A proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
