A recognised, top Legal 500 law firm based in Central London is seeking a Corporate Paralegal join their team. With a particular focus on the healthcare and dental sectors, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with this specialist experience.

Experience for this Corporate Paralegal vacancy:

• Minimum of 1 years experience as a Corporate Paralegal gained within private practice in the UK
• Assisting and supporting solicitor with share and asset purchases/sales transactions
• Has experience assisting with corporate acquisitions and disposals
• Preparing companies house forms, board minutes, resolutions and other corporate transactions
• Reviewing and preparing ancillary transaction documents
• Assisting with disclosure exercises and preparing disclosure bundles
• Providing general support across the wider corporate commercial team
• Undertaking company searches and corporate research
• Assisting with completions and post completion matters

Requirements for this Corporate Paralegal vacancy:

• Minimum of 1 years experience as a Corporate Paralegal in the UK
• Have a good understanding of the structure and documentation involved in corporate transactions
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to transaction deadlines
• Have good attention to details
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and commercially aware
