The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing acquisition and underwriting strategies
• Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying opportunities to improve credit outcomes
• Using SQL and analytical techniques to drive strategy decisions
• Supporting approval, limit management, pricing, and exposure management initiatives
• Working closely with risk, analytics, product, and commercial teams to improve lending performance
• Analysing customer and portfolio data to recommend strategy changes
• Contributing to the development of automated credit decisioning processes

Your Skills & Experience

• Experience within Credit Strategy, Credit Risk, or Lending Analytics
• Experience working on acquisition, underwriting, approval, limit management, exposure management, or pricing strategies
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience using data to influence lending and commercial decisions
• Python and Tableau experience would be advantageous
• SME lending experience is beneficial but not essential
