JOB DESCRIPTION

Administrator / attendance position for an outstanding school in West London. To provide high-quality administrative and attendance support. The main office has an influx of students requiring first aid (usually low level), so someone with a first aid qualification would be ideal. There is a pastoral element , and they require someone who is confident with dealing with students and parents empathically but can also put boundaries in place where necessary. There is also a reasonable amount of admin relating to attendance first thing in the morning using SIMS and answering the incoming switchboard (volume of calls not excessive). The school is keen to look over Administrator / attendance CVs ASAP and meet candidates for a paid trial or interview, must have school-based experience

This is an outstanding all-girls school based in the heart of London. The school has an academic history of excellence in addition to state of the art facilities.
