- Manage flight and travel reservations by phone and email.
- Build strong customer relationships and understand travel requirements.
- Provide accurate bookings in line with customer policies and preferences.
- Identify competitive fares and cost-effective travel solutions.
- Meet service targets while maintaining high standards.
- Support colleagues, share knowledge and contribute to team success.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with GDS and travel booking systems Amadeus
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
- A proactive, positive attitude and passion for travel.
